Snow-Machines will accept returns with a 20% restocking fee on shipped items. If you have purchased the item and it has not shipped there will be a 5% credit card cancellation fee. Customers are responsible for shipping the package or pallet back to us. We do not refund shipping in any case. Snow-Machines is also not responsible for any delays in shipping and will not refund the shipping price regardless of how long it takes.

Snow-Machines will not be responsible for shipping issues once they are handed off to the shipping company. In the event of a lost pallet or package the customer will still be responsible for paying the 5% cancellation fee. As always, please call us at any time with questions.
