With passengers and gear onboard, the MAX chassis carries extra weight, and tires can trench fast in loose conditions. A track system adds a much larger footprint to help the X3 MAX stay higher on the surface, keep forward drive, and reduce getting stuck.
Tracks also improve stability on rough trails. With track modules planted at the corners, the Maverick X3 MAX feels more settled through ruts, uneven ground, climbs, and sidehills, and you get steadier handling when accelerating, braking, and steering on slippery surfaces. It is a strong upgrade for winter access, shoulder season mud, and year round riding when conditions are unpredictable.
